Must:
- Extensive experience in project development within the renewable energy sector, specifically Solar, Wind, and Battery Storage projects
- Strong understanding of land transactions, planning and consents processes
- Proven project management skills, including managing projects through to the Ready to Build (RTB) stage
- Experience mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on project milestones
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams, such as grid connections, delivery, and construction
- Relevant educational background in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field

- Lead development activities for a pipeline of Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects
- Manage land transactions and oversee the planning and consents process
- Align with grid teams to ensure successful connections
- Oversee overall project management leading up to the Ready to Build (RTB) stage
- Mentor junior development team members, sharing expertise and advice
- Assist in the handover of projects at the RTB stage to the delivery and construction teams
