Responsibilities
- Leading day-to-day IT operations across both factory and office areas
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT queries, providing fast and calm troubleshooting
- Managing technical escalations and working closely with external IT partners
- Handling PC builds, resets, hardware fixes, and general maintenance
- Supporting new starters — equipment setup, access, onboarding, and training
- Upskilling teams in effective use of IT systems and tools (including SharePoint)
- Ensuring cyber security software is monitored, maintained, and up to date
- Delivering cyber awareness training to help strengthen the sites security culture
- Maintaining clear IT documentation, records, and procedures
- Working hand-in-hand with colleagues from all areas of the business to keep operations running smoothly
Description
We are excited to offer the role of IT Lead within our busy factory and office environment, located in Wirral. In this position, youll have high visibility and real ownership of IT operations, with the chance to influence and uplift IT capability across the site.
