Requirements
Must:
- University degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Good knowledge of hardware, servers, wifi routers, and 4G
- Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in the technology field, preferably in firmware, hardware, video devices, and cameras
- Experience with streaming, livestreaming, and device-to-cloud communication
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Full UK driving license
- Experience with embedded Linux and firmware technologies (highly desirable)
- Experience with Ambarella SoCs and SDK (highly desirable)
Responsibilities
- Implement and test firmware for Ambarella-based cameras
- Collaborate with external partners on hardware and software troubleshooting and improvements
- Resolve technical issues raised by customers in an effective and prompt manner
- Schedule remote support calls with customers and external partners using Microsoft Teams and Google Meets
- Perform hands-on hardware repairs using lab equipment
- Oversee and automate the delivery of scheduled technical reports and data analytics for key accounts
- Assist the Sales team by providing demonstrations to potential customers and resolving technical issues quickly
- Coordinate with the Sales team to plan product delivery and ensure timely dispatch of cameras
- Work independently and enthusiastically with a can do attitude, while mentoring junior technical staff as required
- Contribute to new feature development when needed

We supply a wide range of end users throughout various industry sectors.
