Requirements
Must:
- 2 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
- Experience with process modelling, requirements engineering, and systems analysis
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
- Basic SQL knowledge and solid IT systems understanding
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe
- Desirable: Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Desirable: Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or the food industry
- Desirable: Exposure to SAP and large-scale system implementations
Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve manufacturing processes and IT systems, focusing on MES solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to capture, define, and document business requirements
- Facilitate workshops and translate requirements into functional specifications
- Support system design, testing (including UAT), and deployment
- Model as-is and to-be processes to drive operational improvement
- Support data modelling and basic SQL logic to meet business needs
- Contribute to business change, training, and user adoption
