Responsibilities
- Maintain and proactively manage the European portfolio of cyber defence solutions
- Develop and maintain robust procedures and practices driving a culture of cyber safe service excellence
- Ensure alignment of cyber defence systems to security governance
- Deliver excellent service by collaborating with IT teams to maintain customer satisfaction
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders alongside the Director of IT Operations, IT Infrastructure Manager, and Head of Cyber Security
- Take ownership of the Cyber Defence strategy, executing plans for penetration testing, Security Operations Centre management, Endpoint Detection and Response, Security Information Event Management, Incident Response, and Threat Hunting
