Must:
- Experience in digital learning or IT training
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 and AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT), with the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical colleagues
- Experience creating engaging content and managing an LMS (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle, Totara, Workday Learning)
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with teams across the business
- Beneficial: experience within the legal sector or familiarity with legal applications
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions to colleagues
- Take ownership of the firms Learning Management System (LMS)
- Develop and curate training content
- Work closely with teams to embed smarter, more productive ways of working
