We are looking for candidates who possess commercial knowledge and experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL, and Test Driven Development. You should have familiarity with developing Microservices or Azure Functions, as well as experience working with BigCommerce or a comparable platform. Additionally, you should thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities, and have experience in an Agile setting. A team player attitude is essential, as is the ability to maintain open communication with peers and managers. You must demonstrate a commitment to users' best interests, exhibit high attention to detail, and maintain professional integrity and trustworthiness.
Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer, you will be hands-on in the development of our core internal systems for both web and mobile platforms. Your primary tasks will include developing applications within a Microservices-focused framework while maintaining previous .NET Monolithic applications. You will write high-quality, unit-tested C# .NET Azure Microservice-oriented code, along with SQL code as needed. You'll also be responsible for creating new Azure DevOps pipelines and working effectively within a high-volume environment to meet individual and team targets.
