Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent with 8 years relevant experience in global/multi-national pharmaceutical environment, including direct experience in Labeling or Regulatory Affairs - Experience with Business Analytics - Ability to interact autonomously with leaders and work in a matrix team environment - Experience in interpreting and applying global and local regulatory guidance around labeling/regulatory documentation - Proven leadership in driving highly complex projects to meet evolving business needs - Ability to manipulate and understand complex data - Mastery of processes, tools, and techniques for planning and monitoring multiple complex projects - Clear and adaptive verbal and written communication skills Bonus Points If You Have: - Advanced academic qualification/degree or equivalent relevant professional experience - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop new options in non-standard situations - Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and guiding skills - Strong facilitation and project management skills - Knowledge of tools used to design processes and process flows - Familiarity with labeling or similar tracking systems - Understanding of XML, regulatory tracking, document management systems, and various reporting tools - Experience using common AI tools to support problem solving and enhance productivity

Responsibilities

- Support the compilation of data from various sources and maintain dashboards, business scorecards, and reports - Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement - Investigate new technologies to enhance business efficiency and advocate for system changes - Align business needs and expectations to technologies and long-term technology roadmaps - Contribute to designing and building system user requirements and reviewing configuration specifications - Participate in system change control boards and impact resolution teams - Lead process development by converting business requirements into processes - Stay informed on industry labeling/artwork trends and evaluate for best practices - Serve as the primary contact for label exchange activities under Pharmacovigilance Agreements - Coordinate labeling information exchange with external partners - Monitor and resolve discrepancies in labeling - Lead labeling activities during acquisitions and divestitures - Maintain integrity and accuracy of labeling and artwork data across systems - Ensure proper data governance, version control, and metadata management - Conduct regular data quality checks and resolve identified issues - Develop and execute labeling strategies for business continuity and compliance - Provide strategic and operational support for cross-portfolio initiatives - Lead special projects that enhance labeling processes, systems, or compliance - Collaborate with global teams for innovation and continuous improvement - Support project management across labeling initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
