Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the RIDGE team on impactful projects
- Participate in transformation projects such as the Veeva RIM initiative
- Contribute to the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) project
- Assist with the HA Correspondence project utilizing ChatGPT
- Engage in the Innovation Hub to streamline implementation of new ideas
- Define, monitor, and lead change projects
- Manage and analyze data to support data governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions
