Must:
I am looking for candidates with essential qualifications, including hands-on experience in implementing SuccessFactors solutions and a proven track record in leading and participating in end-to-end project cycles—from design through delivery. Strong documentation and analytical skills are necessary, along with the ability to translate complex HR needs into effective system solutions. Experience working within Agile methodologies is required, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster teamwork and collaboration. I also expect candidates to have the ability to identify pain points in HR processes and propose innovative, SAP-driven solutions. Desirably, candidates should have a foundational understanding of ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) and proficiency in creating test scripts, performing system testing, and ensuring solutions meet defined requirements.
Responsibilities
As a SAP HR Functional Consultant, I expect you to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR process requirements and design and configure SuccessFactors modules that align with our organizational needs while adhering to best practices. You will engage with business users to gather detailed functional requirements and translate them into effective system configurations that enhance HR processes. Additionally, you will design and execute comprehensive testing procedures to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and compliance with requirements, while addressing any identified issues. You will troubleshoot and resolve functional issues encountered by users, working closely with technical teams when necessary. Ongoing support for end-users during the post-implementation phase will be part of your role, where you will address inquiries, issues, and feedback. Maintaining detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides will be required to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference. Participation in Agile processes, such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning, is expected to ensure the successful delivery of project tasks within the team.

We offer a competitive salary from £60,000 to £70,000 per annum, depending on your experience, along with annual leave of 26 days per year, increasing to 30 with length of service (plus bank holidays).
