Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in Digital / IT programme management delivery role
- Experience of financial management up to £15m per annum
- Proficiency in project and programme tools for scheduling, planning, RAID management, and resource tracking
- Experience in producing governance reports using structured data, with the ability to collate, evaluate, and interpret information from multiple sources
- Experience in developing business cases and ongoing financial management on large programmes
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent
- Ideally, SAP ERP programme experience
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced programme environment
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operation of the ERP Programme from a financial and governance perspective
- Support finance tracking of the programme, including budget tracking and ensuring correct receipting of goods
- Assist Programme Director with governance cycle and reporting inputs
- Oversee production and quality assurance of portfolio and project reporting for senior stakeholders
- Manage RAID log, including conducting regular risk and issue management reviews
- Guide the programme through relevant stage gates and provide PMO assurance activity
- Assist with business case documentation and investment committee governance submissions
- Support onboarding of additional supplier resources and forecast resource needs
- Manage project change within agreed tolerances or escalate changes accordingly
