Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships across the organization, supporting digital initiatives and ensuring a consistent approach to product delivery.
- Act as Product Owner for core applications, owning the vision, roadmap, and functionality while gathering requirements from key stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with users and customers, ensuring a digital-first, customer-focused experience.
- Produce Business Requirements and Specifications, conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and document outcomes.
- Develop a thorough understanding of business functions, existing systems, and operational processes to support improvements and future design.
- Document as-is and to-be processes, preparing proposals for review within project cycles.
- Present proposals and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Produce feasibility studies and gap analyses to support informed decision-making.
- Compare solution designs against requirements and identify priority gaps.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preparing plans and supporting users through test execution.
- Assist with user training, preparing materials and supporting the rollout and adoption of new systems.
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure effective and timely delivery using established tools and methodologies.
