Responsibilities
- I will provide first-line technical support for corporate and retail teams.
- I will log, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues.
- I will deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- I will communicate effectively and professionally over the phone and via email.
Description
We are a large, Birmingham-based leisure organization currently recruiting experienced 1st Line Technical Support Help Desk Agents on a temporary, ongoing basis. This is a fast-paced role in a dynamic environment, surrounded by supportive colleagues and with excellent opportunities for development. If you enjoy solving problems quickly, thinking on your feet, and remaining calm and professional under pressure, this could be the role for you. This role requires total flexibility with working hours, including days, night shifts, and weekends. The shift pattern is 4 on / 4 off, and the training period will be from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM for the first 3 months. Weekend shifts will be from 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, with a work-from-home option available. Additionally, we offer free CRA parking and regular ongoing training to support your development. This is an ongoing temporary position with the potential to develop into 2nd line support and other career opportunities.
