Requirements

Must:
We are looking for a candidate with a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field. You should have at least 3 years of experience in test automation within a software development environment. Hands-on experience with Selenium or equivalent automation frameworks is essential, and you should possess programming skills in Java or Python for writing test scripts. Familiarity with testing applications built on MS SQL, ASP.NET, and C# is also required. Additionally, you need to have a strong understanding of the software development and testing lifecycles, along with experience in project estimation, risk management, and test planning. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are a must, as well as a proactive, quality-focused mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

As a Software Automation Tester, you will lead the design and implementation of automated test suites for complex software applications. You will collaborate with QA leadership to develop, execute, and optimize automation frameworks. Responsibilities will also include reviewing requirements and design documentation to create robust test strategies and scripts. You will build, maintain, and execute automated test cases for functional, system, integration, performance, and usability testing. It is important to document and report test results clearly while identifying and tracking defects to resolution. Additionally, you will support, mentor, and guide other testers to build automation capability across the team, as well as set up and maintain test environments to ensure reliable, repeatable testing.
