Requirements
Must:
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Confident communication with users of all technical abilities
- Ownership and pride in delivering high-quality IT support
- Good experience in Windows support, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within agreed SLAs
- Liaise with the Head of IT and third-party providers for complicated escalations
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term, permanent fixes
- Support operating systems, business applications, and core infrastructure, and manage user accounts and permissions
- Ensure Cyber Essentials Plus requirements are maintained
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in line with company policies
- Support M365, device rollout, and system deployment projects
