As a Fire & Security Lead Engineer in the Portsmouth area, you will take ownership and lead the way in a small team, combining hands-on work with mentoring and technical guidance. Our company is a national specialist that delivers smart fire and security systems to clients who demand quality. You can expect a competitive base salary of up to £40,000, which includes a Lead Engineer bonus, along with overtime, call-out pay, and commission.
