Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project IT Engineer or in a similar Senior IT Support role.
- Proven skills in implementing and troubleshooting cloud, enterprise hardware, software, and network solutions.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Azure, and the entire Microsoft 365 stack.
- Expertise in Networking Technologies, ideally including Meraki and Watchguard.
- Direct experience with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Group Policy, and Endpoint Manager (Intune).
- Strong background in IT Project Management principles and effective stakeholder liaison.
- Full valid UK driving licence is essential for the field-based nature of the role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within the IT Delivery Team to execute, implement, and manage a variety of IT and networking projects.
- Act as a Key Technical Escalation Point for complex issues, providing resolutions and documentation.
- Engage with clients and sales teams to understand requirements and scope effective transformative IT solutions.
- Participate in internal IT project work, focusing on network infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and enhancing internal IT security protocols.
- Conduct technical surveys for onboarding new customers, ensuring the support team has all necessary information.
- Experience with and deployment of the Cyber Essentials framework and best-practice security solutions.
- Handle escalated IT support tickets and provide training to support staff and customers.
