Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT sales, particularly with mid-market accounts
- Strong track record in new business acquisition and client growth
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Technical literacy in IT solutions such as cloud, cybersecurity, and networking
- Ability to develop and maintain robust client relationships
- Strategic thinking with a focus on high-potential mid-market organizations
- Motivated self-starter with a drive to exceed targets and performance metrics
Responsibilities
- Drive aggressive new business growth by acquiring clients in the mid-market segment (150-500 employees)
- Systematically book and attend 14 new business meetings per month
- Build and manage a reliable sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities weekly
- Leverage an existing network and engage in proactive lead generation
- Utilize premium sales technology and support for effective outreach and management
- Participate in comprehensive training to achieve product expertise
- Recognize and close complex IT project opportunities (up to CEO level)
