Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer with the following qualifications:
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Accreditation in Microsoft 365 (e.g., MD-102, AZ-104) or similar.
- Significant experience with:
- Microsoft Server Operating Systems (support & deployment).
- Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and MDM solutions.
- Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
- VMware or Hyper-V.
- LAN technologies, including switches and VLANs.
- An excellent telephone manner and strong customer service focus.
- A full UK driving license and access to your own transport.
Responsibilities
In this role as an IT Engineer - Cloud & Infrastructure, you will:
- Lead and deliver IT projects with minimal supervision.
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support on a fast-paced IT helpdesk.
- Design and implement cutting-edge virtualisation projects.
- Deploy and support Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure infrastructure.
- Configure and support SAN technologies.
- Support data protection and disaster recovery systems.
