Must:
- Demonstrable experience supporting, delivering and administrating changes within Exchange Hybrid and Exchange Online, along with Security Email Gateways (SEGs) and supporting email encryption technologies.
- Experience handling multiple work-streams to tight deadlines, dealing with conflicting and changing demands across a varied portfolio.
- Proven technical background with a commitment to keeping technical skills up-to-date in Enterprise Messaging Technologies.
- Comprehensive troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to craft concise, informative user and technical documentation.
- Experience managing highly secure messaging in a complex network environment.
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues and sharing knowledge with second- and first-line teams.
- Ability to simplify complex email estates.
- Good PowerShell skills.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient with supporting and delivering Secure Email Gateways (Mimecast and Clearswift), MX Records, Email DNS Authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), Email encryption (PGP, TLS, and PME), Cloud Fax Solution, Email Journal Archiving (Enterprise Vault).
- Advanced PowerShell skills.
- Experience migrating complex email solutions to Exchange Online.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ITIL framework (understanding of Incident, Problem, Change).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to align on team sprints and project objectives.
- Participate in project work and meetings to enhance Bank services.
- Draft and raise change requests to update email policies.
- Provide 3rd line support for user issues related to email encryption and monitoring tools.
- Document fixes and solutions for team benefit and knowledge sharing.
- Review problem tickets and technical documentation for upcoming features in the messaging stack.
- Help modernize the Banks email service and optimize the use of available services.
