Security Architect

As part of our team, you will lead the development of security-focused architectures for complex engineering solutions, ensuring adherence to agreed requirements and appropriate standards across multiple projects or initiatives. You will establish policies, principles, and practices for selecting security architecture components and take responsibility for major aspects of security control specification, standards, and secure design models within the engineering domain. In your role, you will produce security-focused design policies and criteria that cover connectivity, interfacing, resilience, recovery, and access. You’ll provide expert advice in engineering regarding other cybersecurity activities, such as incident response. Additionally, you will develop secure architecture patterns for emerging technologies and act as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders regarding cyber security architecture. You will recommend designs and architectural changes to aid risk mitigation and ensure system compliance with internal standards. Planning and delivering related security architectural activities will be a key part of your role, ensuring we meet regulatory requirements and adapt to changes in the threat landscape. You will report on cyber security metrics and continuously seek service improvement opportunities through regular reviews.
