Must:

- Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar technologies
- Experience designing robust RAG pipelines
- Knowledge of embedding, vector search technologies (e.g., Pinecone, Azure AI Search, Weaviate)
- Ability to integrate AI agents with various data sources (Graph, SQL, SharePoint, CDS)
- Skills in benchmarking and fine-tuning machine learning models
- Familiarity with Power Platform or Dynamics 365 (nice-to-have)
- Experience with fine-tuning methods like LoRA/QLoRA (nice-to-have)
- Understanding of synthetic-data generation and evaluation pipelines (nice-to-have)

- Benchmark and fine-tune open and proprietary models for performance
- Pair-program with Power Platform developers and coach client citizen-developers
- Run internal AI Guild sessions to foster learning and collaboration

Our work includes producing Copilot-style assistants, agents that reconcile invoices, and sophisticated retrieval-augmented chatbots. We offer self-funded training for skill enhancement, additional leave, and an employee mentoring program. Our position offers a hybrid remote work environment based in Bradford BD3 9EP with a salary of up to £30,000 per year.
