- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in C# .NET (6+), including Dependency Injection and Web API.
- Familiar with legacy .NET Framework 4.x and WebForms.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server: T-SQL, SARGability, and performance tuning.
- Experience with TypeScript and React, focusing on component reusability and state management.
- Understanding of authentication and security protocols, especially OAuth2/OIDC.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including VMs, App Services, Functions/Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
- Familiar with CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Firebase, mobile app development using React Native, and Azure AI orchestration.
- Knowledge of migrating legacy codebases, using Entra ID for authentication, and managing Azure infrastructure.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry, particularly retirement and custodial platforms, and experience with Seccl API.

Responsibilities
As a team member, I expect you to:
- Development:
- Enhance our proprietary CRM utilizing TSQL, BPM/workflow tools, and C#.
- Modernize legacy applications using incremental approaches.
- Develop client-facing applications, including a self-service portal, using React/TypeScript and .NET 9 Web API.
- Assist in managing our cloud infrastructure and ensure quality by contributing to CI/CD pipelines and conducting thorough testing.
- Data Analysis:
- Write performance-conscious queries and implement indexing strategies.
- Monitor and resolve performance issues in Azure SQL Server hosted databases.
- Technical Documentation:
- Create documentation for requirement gathering, code architecture, and training guides.
- Contribute to due diligence and penetration test readiness.
- Support:
- Triage and resolve support tickets for in-house applications and assist with customer-facing issues.
- Requirement Gathering:
- Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with a small, motivated development team and maintain direct communication with various operational teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
