Requirements
Must:
- HNC / HND qualification
- SAP and SBEM qualifications (training can be provided if you do not hold both)
- Experience with Google SketchUp is desirable
- A full driving licence is required
- Strong appetite for learning and professional development
- Excellent organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience in effective communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively while having fun
Responsibilities
- Conducting energy assessments and calculations for various projects
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver sustainable design solutions
- Managing your workload to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction
- Attending virtual meetings with design teams and providing expert advice
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the timely delivery of reports
- Undertaking SAP and SBEM assessments and calculations
- Providing sustainable design advice to clients
- Producing Energy Statements for Planning
- Liaising with clients, planning departments, and building control
- Offering technical advice and support to clients
- Attending design team meetings to provide energy efficiency expertise
- Maintaining the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and quality
- Organising assessment workloads to ensure timely delivery of reports and results to clients
- Ensuring all reports are sent to clients without delay
- Handling tasks promptly to ensure smooth business operations
