Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Power BI
- Strong DAX knowledge
- Strong SQL skills for data exploration and transformation
- Experience with Power Query (M)
- Strong data modelling skills (star schema, dimensional modelling, relationships, etc.)
- Experience designing structured reporting datasets
- Ability to translate business questions into structured data models
- Experience defining KPIs and operational metrics
- Strong documentation and data governance mindset
- Familiarity with ERP or operational systems
- Experience with complex relational databases
- Knowledge of data warehouses or structured analytics environments
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric would be beneficial but is not essential.

Description
We are seeking a Power BI specialist with strong data modelling and analytical capability to help establish sustainable reporting across our business. This role is not purely dashboard development; while Power BI reporting will be a part of the work, the main goal is to structure and document the underlying data to ensure reporting is reliable, consistent, and scalable long-term. You will work closely with business stakeholders and core systems to translate operational knowledge into a structured and well-documented data model that Power BI and other reporting tools can build upon.
