Requirements
Must:
We require a Cisco certification at CCNP or CCIE level (or equivalent proven experience). You should possess strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPNs, and network protocols, such as BGP, OSPF, and STP. Additionally, hands-on expertise with Cisco Meraki solutions is essential. A solid understanding of network security principles and tools is necessary, along with experience using monitoring platforms like SolarWinds, PRTG, Meraki Dashboard, or ThousandEyes. A good grounding in server and storage infrastructure, particularly with VMware, Windows Server, and SAN/NAS, is preferred. Lastly, we value excellent troubleshooting skills and an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design, implement, and support LAN/WAN and wireless network solutions using Cisco technologies. You will manage, configure, and optimize Cisco Meraki environments, including SD-WAN, wireless, switching, and security appliances. Maintaining secure network operations will be part of your duties, which will involve firewall management, access control, segmentation, and threat mitigation. You will monitor and troubleshoot network performance using industry-standard tools and collaborate with server, storage, and infrastructure teams to support end-to-end service delivery. It will be your responsibility to produce and maintain detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and runbooks, as well as participate in on-call rotations and provide escalation support as needed.
