Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Minimum 3 years expertise in business process modeling and enterprise architecture.
- Experience designing organization-wide business architecture aligned with strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Confident leading workshops and discussions with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working in Agile environments or familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Design target state business architecture, including value creation plans, capability maps, operating models, value streams, and business services models.
- Collaborate with business functions to clarify strategy and support target state design.
- Lead stakeholder analysis and translate objectives into clear business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and process definition.
- Work with technical teams to shape scalable, efficient technology solutions.
- Support testing and ensure solutions meet agreed requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Maintain strong communication with Project Managers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
