- Relevant qualification in electronics or a related discipline
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers
- The right attitude is more important to us than your skills or experience
Technologies
Responsibilities
- Perform EMC and environmental testing on Paxton and external customer products to defined standards
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly internal calibration tasks
- Organise and maintain compliance documentation for products
- Act as the first point of contact for compliance queries, managing the inbox and supporting internal and external teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the test facility
