Responsibilities
- You will deliver first and second-line support across Microsoft 365, hardware, and core systems.
- Maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and user peripherals will be part of your role.
- You will support network functions, including VLAN, Wi-Fi, and switch configuration.
- Administering user accounts via Active Directory and Azure will be your responsibility.
- Managing and resolving helpdesk tickets in line with internal SLAs is also expected.

Description
We are a digital technology solutions provider looking for an IT Support Analyst with experience in Microsoft 365, Windows systems, and networking. In this role, you will deliver both first and second-line support across infrastructure and end-user systems during a key period of team cover. This is an Inside IR35, three-month fixed-term contract based on-site in Bromborough, with the potential for ongoing monthly extensions. Our internal IT team supports over 150 users across multiple UK sites, working with a varied technology stack in a hands-on environment. This role offers exposure to both operational support and project-based work within a close-knit team. The fixed-term contract salary is circa £30,000 - £33,000 per annum, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
