Requirements
Must:
- I have 3 to 5 years of experience in an MSP environment.
- I have experience working in a support desk team.
- I am proficient with ITSM tools such as ConnectWise, BrightGauge, SmileBack, ITBoost, and NinjaOne.
- I possess strong communication skills and have the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
Responsibilities
- I troubleshoot escalated support tickets involving Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, and Windows Server 2016/2019.
- I provide support for firewall and switch issues that exceed 2nd Line capacity.
- I utilize ConnectWise for ticket handling and escalation.
- I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, as well as third parties, to achieve resolution.
- I mentor 2nd Line teams and balance my workload with service desk management.
Description
We are a leading IT MSP based in Central London, supporting clients across the UK through our 30-person Help Desk, which includes offshore support. In this role, I will handle critical support escalations and guide 2nd Line teams across a range of technologies. This position is vital for resolving P1 and P2 tickets, as well as enhancing the quality of our service delivery. As part of our team, I can expect a salary range of £45k to £50k, a hybrid work model allowing for 1 day of remote work and 4 days in the office, and benefits including 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and my birthday off.
