We are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer with 1–2 years of IT support experience. You should have experience in a service desk role using an ITIL framework, along with support for Microsoft 365 (including Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), Microsoft Windows Server 2016–2022, and Windows 10/11 OS. You must also have experience with Active Directory, the Microsoft Office Suite, laptops/desktops, and Apple devices, as well as knowledge of backup technologies like DATTO or Acronis.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide 1st line support via phone and our ticketing system. You will log, classify, and prioritize incidents in line with our SLAs. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues will be part of your daily tasks, as will managing tickets through their lifecycle and escalating them when necessary. Youll liaise with third parties and internal teams, while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to ITIL-based processes.
