Requirements
Must:
- Strong commitment to health and safety practices
- Ability to follow and understand manufacturers maintenance schedules
- Proficiency in PAT testing and completing tagging processes
- Experience in servicing and repairing small tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work additional hours and respond to out-of-hours calls
Responsibilities
- Inspecting and maintaining small tools to ensure they are safe and operational
- Collaborating with site teams to address tool-related needs and issues
- Keeping detailed records of inspections, repairs, and tool usage
- Ensuring all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Participating in training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and best practices
Description
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Small Tools Engineer to join our well-established team based near Coleshill. This role will primarily be based on one site, but there may be opportunities to work across different locations. We offer a competitive salary of circa £38,000-£45,000, along with overtime pay at time and a half.
