Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a solid IT support background, including hardware, software, and networking experience. You should have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, as well as DNS and DHCP protocols. A strong understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routing, and switching is essential. Experience with Windows Server (2016 or newer), SharePoint, and mobile device management (MDM) tools is also required. Additionally, we value an interest in AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot. A full UK driving license is necessary.

Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will deliver 1st and 2nd line support across various systems. Your responsibilities will include managing installations, configurations, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations. You will also support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and server environments, as well as maintain network infrastructure consisting of routing, switching, and firewalls. You will have the opportunity to assist with IT projects and adapt to evolving technologies.
