Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a proven Enterprise Architect with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, ideally within regulated public sector or service sector contexts. You should have a strong understanding of government digital and technology standards, security frameworks such as TOGAF, BIZBOK, or ArchiMate, as well as enterprise integration patterns. A strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels is essential. Experience in hybrid environments (on-premise/cloud), particularly with Microsoft Azure, enterprise SaaS, and data platforms, is highly desired.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to shape and deliver our digital and technology roadmap, carefully balancing innovation with the stability of legacy systems. You will lead enterprise architecture planning to ensure data priorities are met, reliable delivery is achieved, and clear milestones are established. You will set architectural standards across application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security domains, and map current and future-state processes to support our strategic transformation. Additionally, you will drive scalable, user-focused product and service design across our digital portfolios, build data architecture to generate insights from analytics, and scan emerging technologies and trends to inform our strategic decisions. I will rely on you to align project roles with governance frameworks for effective delivery and advise our senior leaders on investment and transformation priorities.
