- Ability to lead intelligent discovery sessions regarding M365, Azure IaaS, and identity security (MFA/Conditional Access).
- Commercially sharp, resilient, and comfortable navigating C-suite conversations.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into tangible business value.
Responsibilities
- Identify and win new SME and mid-market accounts needing a strategic partner to modernize their infrastructure.
- Guide customers through Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace & Azure cloud adoption.
- Support managed services and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Lead complex security enhancements and transformation projects.
- Drive the pipeline through prospecting and networking with support from expert pre-sales and engineering teams.
