Requirements
Must:
- Brilliant at building user dashboards and providing insights into data for operational teams
- Diligent with exceptional attention to detail and capable of challenging conventional wisdom
- Strong Power BI skills and ability to navigate large datasets and warehouses
- Adept at identifying key drivers of poor performance and articulating problems clearly
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with operational delivery databases and complex datasets
- Clear communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Organised and methodical
- Good knowledge and previous experience with SQL
- Ability to build impactful dashboards for KPI reporting
- DAX knowledge, experience with SharePoint/OneDrive/Planner/Power Apps, statistical analysis training, or housing data experience (nice to have)
- Experience in the social housing or property sector (for added brilliance)
Responsibilities
- Provide actionable insights to drive strategic continual service improvement and compliance
- Lead the delivery of organisational-wide reporting, including Board level and ESG Metrics
- Produce and enhance reports, dashboards, and KPIs used across the organisation
- Manage compliance scorecard and Board-level reporting
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the performance report library
- Analyse large, complex datasets to provide actionable insights
- Champion data quality, identifying issues and driving cleansing activity
- Support transition to a new data warehouse and migrate legacy reporting
- Work with BI teams to map tables and scope SQL needs
- Publish reports securely and ensure appropriate data access
