Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with proven experience in data analysis. You must possess strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and data visualization, are essential. You should also have experience in producing management information and supporting process improvements. Excellent communication skills are necessary, with the ability to present complex data clearly to a range of stakeholders. A collaborative approach is important, along with the ability to manage your workload independently.
Desirable skills include:
- Experience in social housing or similar customer-focused environments.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio and Power BI.
Responsibilities
As our Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data to generate meaningful insights that inform service design and delivery. You will support the improvement of data quality across systems by identifying gaps and collaborating with teams to resolve them. Additionally, you will produce reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business planning and transformation projects. Your role will also involve collaborating with colleagues across the Customer Directorate to support continuous improvement and customer-centric service delivery, along with assisting with strategic initiatives like our New Paradigm transformation program through data and process analysis.
