Requirements
Must:
- Senior-level experience leading IT, data, or digital operations within a complex or multi-site organisation
- Strong strategic and operational understanding of ICT systems, data management, and digital services
- Proven ability to advise, support, and challenge senior leaders and executive teams
- Experience overseeing organisation-wide systems, including MIS or core business platforms
- Good working knowledge of data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements
- Able to manage a varied and demanding workload with competing priorities
- Results-focused leader with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Collaborative and confident working across multiple sites and teams
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across our multi-site organisation
- Oversee IT systems, data management, and digital operations
- Ensure services are secure, compliant, and aligned with our organisational objectives
- Advise and support senior leaders and executive teams
- Manage a varied workload with competing priorities effectively
Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead - IT & Data for a 3-6 month contract, offering a competitive rate of £500 per day outside IR35. This senior role will allow you to lead strategic initiatives across our organisation located in Derby. We prioritize a collaborative environment and aim to ensure our IT and data services are top-notch and compliant with all required standards.
