Requirements
Must:
- Experienced automation or data engineer with a track record of delivering measurable transformation within a complex organisation
- Proficient in the Microsoft stack, UI Path, Blue Prism, Power Automate, and alternative low/no code solutions
- Strong ability to work independently and as a trusted team member
- Experience working across multiple service areas within a Local Authority is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of automation and data projects
- Design and implement intelligent automation, integration solutions, and scalable data pipelines
- Identify opportunities for automation and data improvements council-wide
- Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders effectively

We are scaling AI-assisted tools, intelligent automation, and data engineering capabilities to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs.
