Must:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within a PMO, project, or transformation environment
- Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint
- Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and visualisations
- Good understanding of benefits tracking, performance reporting, and data integrity
- Public sector or regulated sector experience is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Support the PMO by tracking delivery progress, benefits realisation, costs, and resources
- Analyse complex data, identify insights, highlight risks and opportunities
- Create clear, impactful reports and dashboards to support senior decision-making
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Use advanced Excel functionalities, including pivot tables and complex spreadsheets
- Work within SharePoint for data storage and collaboration
- Strengthen data quality, surfacing data gaps, and challenging assumptions
- Improve portfolio and programme reporting across multiple domains
