Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical authority for lighting controls throughout the sales process
- Support the Sales Team in identifying opportunities, shaping control solutions, and building compelling value propositions
- Attend customer meetings to present system capabilities, answer technical queries, and influence specifications
- Produce control system designs and proposals to support tenders and bids
- Guide customers through system options, control philosophies, and integration pathways
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to increase market penetration
- Oversee support activities from project inception through to handover
- Respond to technical issues and client requests in a timely manner
- Ensure delivery of accurate installation and commissioning documentation
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and maximise ongoing maintenance opportunities
Description
