Must:
- Proven experience as CDO, Head of Data, Director of Data, or Enterprise Data Architect in a global environment
- Strong track record delivering data strategy, data architecture, and data platform transformation
- Deep expertise in Microsoft cloud data platforms and MS Fabric
- Experience building data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time data pipelines
- Strong understanding of data governance, data modelling, and data engineering best practices
- Experience working in multi-region or decentralised organisations
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption
Responsibilities
- Define and lead enterprise data strategy and data roadmap
- Develop and implement global data architecture and data models
- Design cloud data platforms supporting high-volume and real-time data ingestion (ETL, ELT, APIs, event-driven architecture)
- Establish data governance, data standards, and best practices across regions
- Drive adoption of modern data platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics solutions
- Enable AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics use cases through strong data foundations
- Act as a senior stakeholder advisor, influencing data strategy across business units and regions
- Lead and develop a high-performing global data team
- Promote data-driven culture and data maturity across the organisation
