Must:
- ERP advanced skills mainly for SAP SD/LE/MM
- Ability to lead meetings with users for SD/LE/MM consulting area
- Strong knowledge in EDI, IDOC, and ALE technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills using dedicated tools
Responsibilities
- Act as the SAP consultant for Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Own OTC end-to-end flow and basic P2P processes, transforming business needs into SAP requirements
- Build functional blueprints and configure SAP SD (and related MM/FI) to meet requirements
- Participate in every project phase: scoping, design, testing, rollout, and post go-live support
- Serve as the main point of contact for sales, logistics, procurement, and finance teams, ensuring clear communication and training
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues related to OTC/P2P, supporting users during cutover and hyper care
- Identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and promote SAP best practice adoption
