- Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and CI/CD practices
- Ability to foster collaboration and alignment across teams
- Strong decision-making skills focused on business outcomes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineers, providing line management and coaching to less-experienced developers
- Contribute to coding efforts in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and microservices
- Drive software quality by guiding clean architecture practices and managing technical debt
- Promote effective agile practices to improve team effectiveness
- Support Scrum methodologies and encourage pair programming and small batch delivery
- Foster alignment across teams and facilitate discussions to remove blockers
- Balance technical strategy with business value, ensuring software meets customer needs
