Requirements
Must:
- Integration architecture (multi-service environments)
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Nest.js
- Experience with Azure or AWS
- Strong system design skills (end-to-end platforms)
- Technical leadership capabilities (cross-team alignment)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first Principal Engineer, reporting to the CTO
- Bring clarity and structure to service integrations
- Balance between architecture and hands-on coding
- Work directly with tech leads across squads
- Define the current system state and evolution
- Help teams achieve integration goals without impeding delivery
- Map existing systems and identify breakdowns
- Introduce a clear, practical integration model
- Build reference implementations and shape API design
- Improve overall developer experience across the platform
