Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on production experience with Nutanix
- Proficient in Nutanix AHV and Prism
- Experience managing large-scale virtual machine estates
- Solid background in Linux (RHEL or equivalent)
- Ability to troubleshoot across compute, storage, and virtualization
- Familiarity with incident/change/problem management processes
- Experience providing production support in a 24x7 or on-call environment
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day platform operations for high-availability customer services
- Oversee upgrades and performance tuning of the hosting platform
- Respond to incidents and implement necessary improvements
- Work on lifecycle improvements and automation for the infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure teams to modernize the estate
