Requirements
Must:
- Microsoft Fabric experience
- Terraform experience
- Cloud platform engineering
- SQL Server management
- Incident management, problem-solving, and SLA-driven environments
- Platform engineering or data platform experience
- Experience in Agile delivery environments
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve a scalable cloud data platform
- Deliver Platform as Code using modern infrastructure tooling
- Manage platform performance, capacity, and availability
- Own incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineers and third-party providers to mature the platform
- Contribute to monitoring, observability, and cost optimisation strategies
- Support projects and business initiatives through robust platform delivery

We are a large, well-established property group undergoing a major data transformation, heavily investing in building a modern, cloud-based data platform. Our newly forming data platform team consists of 5 engineers and 1 lead, offering the opportunity to influence architecture, tooling, and best practices from the onset.
