Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of Salesforce Developer/Architect experience
- Salesforce Certified – Technical Architect and Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Strong Salesforce Multi-Cloud product knowledge with at least 2 years operating as a Salesforce Technical Architect
- Hands-on experience using APEX, Visualforce, LWC
- Strong experience with integrations, API or middleware based
- Experience designing Enterprise solutions for complex business processes
- Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Stakeholder management experience
- Proven adaptability and innovation in Salesforce environments
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and practices, including DevOps
- Superior organization skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high- & low-level design documents
- Collaborate with colleagues to create prototypes or proofs of concept
- Line manage members of the Architecture team for growth and development
- Provide guidance and oversight to Admins, Developers & QAs
- Identify and gather requirements, translating them into scalable solutions
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Own design solutions throughout discovery, design & build phases
- Manage integrated applications and third-party suppliers
- Support change control and best practices in system maintenance
- Take on the role of technical lead in transformation projects
- Champion and support the adoption of relevant technologies
- Develop and support our devops solution, driving improvements
- Actively seek personal development and improvement opportunities
- Support on-time delivery of solutions or enhancements
