Salesforce Business Analyst / Product Owner

- Lead structured discovery: business goals, constraints, risks, value hypotheses, and success measures (OKRs/KPIs). - Run stakeholder workshops, interviews, and journey mapping to produce as-is/to-be process models and pain-point analysis. - Translate needs into clear requirements: epics, features, user stories, testable acceptance criteria, and non-functional needs. - Perform light data analysis and profiling; validate data model impacts, reporting needs, and data quality rules. - Assist the PMO team in maintaining a prioritised product backlog aligned to strategy and value; apply agile product practices. - Assist with the facilitation of sprint/iteration planning, backlog refinement, and acceptance of increments against clear Definition of Done. - Work with PMO to build and communicate a transparent roadmap with outcomes, dependencies, and delivery milestones. - Coordinate UAT planning and execution; define entry/exit criteria and sign-off. - Assist PMO with managing release readiness and adoption, including enablement materials, comms, support model, and benefit tracking. - Shape solutions with a platform-first mindset: leverage standard capabilities before custom solutions. - Partner with Architects/Engineers on design decisions regarding data model, integration patterns, security & compliance. - Ensure data integrity and governance, and support auditability. - Define and track measurable outcomes and run benefits tracking post-release to drive continuous improvement. - Drive alignment across business units, coaching stakeholders on prioritisation and trade-offs. - Produce succinct communications: decision logs, impact assessments, training guides, and release notes. - Represent the product in governance forums, proactively surfacing risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
