Requirements
Must:
- Experience supporting and administering Windows 11
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2019 / 2022
- Familiarity with wired and wireless networks, firewalls, and content filters
- Experience with PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and audio-visual systems
- Knowledge of Intune
- Strong customer service approach
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Ability to think clearly and logically
